Conversion Rate Optimization

Motivation: Boombay had good Conversion Rates to begin with, but we noticed a few parts of the funnel could be further optimized for customer experience.


Builder Moves:


1. Conducted a detailed audit to identify pain points in the user journey and revamped the website for a seamless shopping experience


2. Specifically focused on optimizing cart experience to induce product trials while improving cart to checkout conversions and Average Order Value


Digital Growth Strategy

Challenge: Boombay, an early-stage bootstrapped F&B brand with solid product, needed guidance on marketing & scaling their D2C channel - a mighty challenge for low-margin businesses.

1. Designed and guided execution of monthly & quarterly plans for the business, including optimizing the channel P&L metrics.


2. Crafted a robust strategy to drive growth through all revenue channels for acquisition & retention both: performance marketing, SEO, CRM & affiliate strategy.

Challenge: Building in creative experimentation & testing to find winning creatives & communication for a team struggling with limited design bandwidth.
