Beej set out to do something deceptively simple, bring the best quality ingredients to Indian kitchens, starting with wood pressed oils and spices. We partnered to build the brand, its story, and its business from the ground up.
Brand & Communications Strategy
Challenge: As a new-age premium food brand, Beej needed to establish a distinct identity in a market dominated by legacy and emerging D2C players.

2. Identified whitespace across product, communication, and brand world to build a differentiated premium narrative.

Go-To-Market Strategy

Prepared the launch business plan; including revenue & budgets, pricing strategy, marketing & sales channels of operation and execution inputs to build in the gourmet food space.

1. Built the UX from scratch personalised to the brand's narrative and keeping conversion rate optimisation in mind.
2. Designed the UI via figma to bring the wireframe and brand guidelines to life
